			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was harder than yesterday. At least it seemed like it. But still not too bad.  I&#8217;m pretty good to stay on track for today. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I overate by about 60 calories the other day so I&#8217;m going to make up for it today by trying to eat under by at least 30.</p>
<p>I got a new (free) iPod app that let&#8217;s me journal all my food which is really handy. I was using the calorie king program on the computer but it was hard because I always had to be at the computer and I switch back and forth between users and only one user has my info so it was just annoying.</p>
<p>I think I might start doing a C25K sort of program <a href="http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html" target="_blank">PodRunner: Intervals</a>. So that should be fun to do.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not exactly sure what I&#8217;m going ot start doing when the 30DS is over. I was thinking about doing it over again, or stating to do The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt. But while I&#8217;m in SF I&#8217;ll probably just do some of Jillian&#8217;s Shape Up series that&#8217;s streaming on Netflix.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first day of level 3 is done! It wasn&#8217;t NEARLY as hard as I thought it would be. I made it through the whole way with only limited stops.</p>
<p>But my shoulders are KILLING me. I was carrying around a lot of plywood the other day that was strangely sized and it feels like I lifted it with nothing but my shoulders. Ouch.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m kind of amazed that this is almost over. It seems amazing, and also like I&#8217;ve been doing it forever. I don&#8217;t know what I&#8217;ll do when it&#8217;s done. I&#8217;ll finish the shred when I&#8217;m out in San Francisco, so I might just do videos off of Nextflix until I get back and then maybe do some of The Biggest Loser workouts I have. I should be on about day 5 when I take off for San Francisco. I&#8217;m so excited. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>I didn&#8217;t weigh-in today because it&#8217;s TOM and I know that whatever I get is going to be off because of that (I&#8217;m sure it doesn&#8217;t help that I ate HORRIBLY, like &#8220;fuck dieting&#8221; HORRIBLY, over the weekend). So I&#8217;m going to wait until Sunday when I start my birth control again.</p>
<p>I was thinking about staying at level 2 for a few more days, but I really do think it&#8217;s time to move up to the next level. While it&#8217;s still hard, it&#8217;s not nearly as hard as it used to be. I&#8217;m not a pile of jelly on the floor liked I used to be. And while that takes an insane amount of work, it also burns an insane amount of calories. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Last night to make my numbers for the day I did a 20 minute Turbo Jam workout (which is annoyingly, really more like 15, at least Jillian doesn&#8217;t lie about stuff like that). It was SO easy, I didn&#8217;t even break a sweat hardly. I could have done it easily 3 or 4 more times.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s nice to get that comparison and know that Jillian really is kicking my butt. Speaking of which, yesterday I made a point to get lower than I normally go in the squats, and man am I feeling it today!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did today&#8217;s workout. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  For the past few days I have been getting killer foot cramps during the workout which sucks, but I most of the time manage to power through it without too much trouble.</p>
<p>What I really want to write about today is that I just opened up a Caesar salad kit, and I totally forgot how much I LOVE Caesar salad. I used to live off of it when I first moved into my own apartment. I should actually bring some into work with me. No one would steal that out of the fridge! And it would be a nice change from the micorwave mac and cheese I normally do.</p>
<p>Weigh in is in two days&#8230; dun, dun, dun. Right now I&#8217;m really bloated becasue I had a lot of salt the past few days so I have no idea what my actual weight is. But I&#8217;m going to try and stear clear of the salt until after the weigh in and make sure I get my water in so I can get an accurate reading.</p>

I can actually get through everything now without stopping. Even the killer abs at the end. I just hope my weight gets back down by the end of this thing. Which means no pigging out at trivia tomorrow. I ate well yesterday and today, so I&#8217;m happy about that. I just have to not eat more than my fair share of calories tomorrow. I think  I can do it, most of the time I&#8217;m pretty good at that sort of thing. We&#8217;ll see.</p>
<p>I was thinking about getting fries at trivia though, I wonder if I should do wings instead&#8230; just because fries might cause me to bloat with all the sodium&#8230; hmmm&#8230;. well I guess I&#8217;ll see what I feel like tomorrow.</p>

<p>The scale said 129.2 when I got on this morning. Yeah&#8230; I ate a fucking ton of food yesterday. But I&#8217;m hoping most of it&#8217;s water or salt or something. Since it&#8217;s a week before TOM it might be that too.</p>
<p>At least I fucking hope so. Otherwise I&#8217;m gonna be super pissed. </p>
<p>But my eating plan for today is a net of about 1500 calories, so we&#8217;ll see how that goes. Hopefully well&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve gotten so horrible about updating this thing everyday. <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' />  But it is keeping me on track with what day I&#8217;m on. Being sick and skipping those days really threw me off. But I&#8217;m now half way done with level 2!</p>
<p>I have been eating very very poorly, but I haven&#8217;t gained anything. Today, eating was also not great, but I think it&#8217;s okay. </p>
<p>I ate out a decent amount so it&#8217;s hard to judge calories on that. But I&#8217;m gonna do a quick turbo jam workout before bed to help kill off any extra calories. And I need to drink more water. But I&#8217;m getting a start on that while I&#8217;m doing school work. </p>

Either way, I did the second day of level 2 today. It wasn&#8217;t as hard as I thought it might be after taking such a big break so that was a welcome relief. But some of that might be because of the meds I&#8217;m on for the cold. I&#8217;m not really feeling much of anything.</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m back on track and that&#8217;s what counts!</p>
